Beer Review: Dry Gate – Disco Fork Lift Truck Pale Ale

Summary

Mango Fandango! Juicy pale ale loaded to the gunnels with US hops and mango. Sweet malt with soft bitter undertones.

Dry Gate – Disco Fork Lift Truck Pale Ale Review

The beer pours clear and golden from the can with a well formed white foamy head. The initial aroma is sweet with textures of juicy, fruit, mango smoothie and tropical fruit cocktails it is not difficult to picture mango sorbet. The taste is a crisp and slightly bitter orange peel, there are overtones of tangerine, mango and mild fruity acidity. Fighting its way through is a citrus peel, pepper and strawberry dry finish. It is a medium bodied and a pleasant level of carbonation. A quaff able fruity pale ale.
