Distilled vintage cider made from our orchard on Parsonage Lane, Omberlsey, Worcestershire.

We use the juice of Ashmead’s Kernel, White Normal, Stoke Red and Knotted Kernel apples to make vintage cider. This is then matured for a year before being expertly distilled on a wood-fired still.
