What is Crafti Beer?

We are a craft beer monthly subscription club that sends you either 8 or 12 different craft ales each month, from around the UK and the world. We want you to explore, share and enjoy our favourite craft beers that we send you.

Whether you have just discovered the fast growing world of craft beer or you’re a craft beer connoisseur our boxes are designed to fuel your passion for flavour and to learn a little bit about what’s in your glass along the way.

Why is Crafti Beer a Subscription Service?

Each month we would like you to explore the world of craft ales that we have discovered and handpicked from around the world. We send you a case of 8 or 12 Craft beers once a month for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own surroundings. We will never send you the same beers twice within a 12 month cycle, unless you wanted to reorder a box of a favourite beer.

What do I get in the box?

We include 8 or 12 carefully selected and diverse craft ales for your pleasure and enjoyment. The box will not contain any duplicated or repeated beers from previous orders. All the ales will be handpicked and sent to your address for you to enjoy.

Can I choose what beers I get in my box?

We work hard to choose an eclectic mix of craft ales for your monthly box of beer. We are not presently able to allow you to choose your own beers. We intend to change this in the future. However, if there was a particular beer that you liked from a box you have received, we can arrange a delivery of a box of your favourite beer.

The supermarkets are cheaper why would I use Crafti Beer?

The supermarkets may offer discounted beer, but their range is often very limited and tends to be restricted to the large mass production breweries. Our aim is to introduce you to a world of beers that have been hand chosen from the world’s best micro breweries and craft beer artists.

How do I know your beer will be any good?

You can be assured that we at Crafti Beer taste test our beers before we approve them to be sent out to you. Just because someone says a beer is good we don’t automatically add it to our portfolio. We would love to hear what you think about the beers you receive and you can share your thoughts through our social media.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use World Pay and PayPal for our payment processing. They both accept all major credit and debit cards. You will enter into an agreement with Crafti Beer Ltd to be billed on a monthly cycle. World Pay and Pay Pal facilitate the payment transaction only on behalf of ourselves. You have the ability to contact our payment providers at any stage should you have a query.

Delivery Information

Where will you deliver my beer case?

We will ship anywhere in the UK.* Unfortunately we do not presently ship abroad.
* Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may incur additional transit cost.

How do I update my delivery details?

Whether you’re moving house or simply want your next box sent to your work address or friends house you can easily update your delivery details by either logging into your account and updating your personal information or sending us an email to contact@craftibeer.com. We will continue to send beers to this address until you contact us again.

What day of the month can I expect to receive my beer?

Your monthly billing cycle will be exactly one calendar month following your last payment. We aim to dispatch and have your beers with you within 5 working days from the date we process your payment.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch your beer with our chosen courier, which is currently Parcel Force. We will send you a tracking number and they will contact you prior to delivery with information relating to your case of beer. You will receive your box of beer within 48 hours from dispatch from our warehouse.

My Subscription

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

We would be really sorry for you to miss out on your next box of beers, but you can stop your subscription at any point in time and restart it when ever you like. You just need to login to your account and click cancel your subscription. To restart login and reorder a subscription or single case of beer. Alternatively you can email us at contact@craftibeer.com and advise us what you would like to do.
***Please note if you wish to pause or cancel your subscription you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your latest box of beers being sent to you.***

How do I change / update my payment details?

Crafti Beer do not hold any card details on our site. All our payment transactions are conducted by World Pay or PayPal. When you register with Crafti Beer you provide your card details through an encrypted and secure channel to World Pay and PayPal’s payment portals. You will be asked to register a username and password. Unless you choose to check out as a guest with PayPal.  Please ensure your keep this information secure and confidential as you will be required to login to World pay should you need to amend or cancel your card details. Can anyone subscribe?

Crafti Beer is exclusively for UK residents aged 18 or older. We will carry out age verification checks, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to verify how young you are. We comply with and promote UK Licensing Laws.

Can you get a specific beer for me?

We are always open to new Craft Beer Ideas. If there is a particular beer or brewery you would like to feature in our portfolio please get in contact with us at contact@craftbeer.com

Can I return my case of Crafti Beer?

Crafti Beer is a small company as such we cannot offer free returns on the boxes of beer due to their heavy weight. If you wish to return any items to us, you must pay for delivery back to us.

If you would like to return an item, please email contact@craftibeer.com and one of our friendly team will advise.

Due to the nature of our products, all cases are non-refundable unless defective in which case we will send a replacement or a full refund.

How do I know the beer is any good?

At Crafti Beer have a passion for finding the worlds best craft ales. We work closely with local, national and international breweries to find the best premier ales and deliver them direct to your door. Each month we bring new beers into our portfolio for your enjoyment. We carefully select and taste test our selected craft ales before we send them out in the monthly selection boxes. We don’t assume a beer is good just because someone has said it is excellent. We look to accommodate everyone’s tastes and will aim to send a mix of the world’s best beers.
